I am not responsible for any damage to your miniature once it is in your possession. Please understand small, finicky, and especially resin models are prone to snapping at weak points. If a model is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the model. I cannot allow any longer than that due to people breaking the model, and then later claiming it was broken upon arrival despite reporting it weeks later. I will pay for the shipping back, repair of the model, and shipping back to you; I want to be sure you enjoy your model. I’ve been playing wargames for years, and never once have I broken a plastic, resin, metal, or 3D printed model; they merely require proper handling and care.

Miniatures include the cost of the original model or STL, but at no additional cost for printing unless it in the Large Models & Vehicle category. STL cost goes straight to the original creator. My painted models are not for resale; I already make less than $7.25/hour on my work, when I see people resell my commissions for more on ebay it crushes me. Please know that I put a lot of time and effort into the models I paint, and have been burned before.
