I am not responsible for any damage to your miniature once it is in your possession. Please understand small, finicky, and especially resin models are prone to snapping at weak points. If a model is damaged upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving the model. I cannot allow any longer than that due to people breaking the model, and then later claiming it was broken upon arrival despite reporting it weeks later. I will pay for the shipping back, repair of the model, and shipping back to you; I want to be sure you enjoy your model. I’ve been playing wargames for years, and never once have I broken a plastic, resin, metal, or 3D printed model; they merely require proper handling and care.

Miniatures 3D printed by myself will also include the cost of the STL, but at no additional cost to print unless it in the Large Models & Vehicle category. STL cost goes straight to the original creator. Commission models are not for resale; I already make less than $7.25/hour on my work, when I see people resell my commissions for more on ebay it crushes me. Please know that I put a lot of time and effort into the models I paint, and have been burned before.
